As previously communicated through all of our channels, Smartsari Application is no longer accessible per December 14th 2024. However, we have seen that there are still a few wallets which are not cashed out yet. If you think yours is one of them, our team can help you manually cash-out before January 14th 2025. Please provide the following details to support@smartsari.com.
Refund requests after January 14th 2025 will not be entertained and the wallets will be dissolved.

Important Dates and Changes:
Please cash-out all of the funds you have in your Smartsari account before December 14. On that date, all Smartsari services will be closed.
We would recommend you to download Growsari app on Playstore and enjoy the highest Load Rebates of up to 4%, your own Credit Line with 'Buy Now, Pay Later,' and a ₱20 Welcome Voucher. Worry not if Growsari grocery is not available on your area, because you can still access non-grocery items if you fill out this form: growsari.co/smartsari

- Full Name and registered name in Smartsari
- Phone number registered in Smartsari
- Picture of yourself and the ID used for KYC in Smartsari
- GCash / Maya account that has the same phone number as registered in Smartsari
